Annalisa Oswald

As VP of Design, I lead the team that brings the mission of BetterLesson to life through brand identity and product design, across the Betterlesson suite of products and learning experiences. I work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure that the BetterLesson brand design and voice is consistent throughout all marketing channels. I work with the CPO, VP of Learning Design, VP of Marketing, VP of Engnieering, communicating the priorities of the product design (PDX) team, defining goals and ensuring alignment to help establish a shared vision across the company. As VP of Design, I bring to the role a deep understanding of user-centered research, wireframing, copywriting, visual design, brand strategy and multi-channel marketing strategy, with core strengths and KPIs in user experience, customer delight, accessibility and brand design.
