Phone screens are 20-30 minutes long and we use that time to discuss your experience and interest in the role. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Hiring Manager Interview
This is your chance to meet your potential future manager! This conversation will be a deep dive into your background and experience to better understand how it fits into the role.
These calls typically range from 45-60 minutes. Once again, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have.

Performance Task
Performance tasks are designed to measure a specific skill, or set of skills, that are necessary for someone to be successful in a role. We do our best to make sure you have ample time to complete the task while still facilitating an efficient interview process.
