I oversee the Contractor Operations team who is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and support of BetterLesson's contractors.

As a former K-12 educator, continuing to make meaningful educational impacts outside of the classroom is important to me. BetterLesson enables me to do this on a national scale!

With 17 years in education, I've had the privilege of serving as a state Teacher of the Year, college faculty, and as an elementary and high school science teacher. Throughout my career, I've been driven by a passion for instructional innovation, and have honed my skills as an instructional coach and educational leader, helping educators achieve their full potential. In my most recent role, as the Vice President of Contractor Operations, I work daily in collaboration with BetterLesson teams to support our contractors in delivering the highest quality educational services imaginable.
