Stage 1

Stage 2

Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If it's determined that your skills and experience could be a potential match, we'll reach out to set up a phone screen. 
Stage 3

Intake Meeting

Intake meetings are 15-20 minutes long and we use that time to determine your potential fit for the position and to make sure we can meet your expectations in terms of what you're looking for out of your next opportunity. 
Stage 4

Technical Assessment

We do assessments for just about all of our positions and they're a way for the hiring team to see you in action. More information about the details of the performance task will be provided during the interview process.
Stage 5

Hiring Manager Interview

This is your chance to meet the hiring manager and show them what you got! These calls typically range from 45-60 minutes and you'll have the opportunity to take a deep dive into your experience and learn more about the opening on their team. 
Stage 6

Collaboration Interview

It's important to us here at BetterLesson that we make thoughtful and intentional hiring decisions. In order to do so, we want to include the necessary people in the interview process and give you a chance to meet with some of your potential colleagues.
Stage 7

Offer

If selected for the role, you'll receive a verbal offer followed by a formal written offer.
